Nginx启动报错：could not open error log file: open() "/usr/local/nginx/logs/error.log" failed

启动nginx:问题：

nginx: [alert] could not open error log file: open() "/usr/local/nginx/logs/error.log" failed (13: Permission denied)

2018/09/13 14:50:07 [emerg] 49801#0: open() "/usr/local/nginx/logs/access.log" failed (13: Permission denied)

解决方法：

当前用户权限不够，使用root用户

再次访问localhost，来到nginx欢迎页面，说明nginx启动成功。
